The Mayflower was the ship that transported mostly English Puritans and Separatists, collectively known today as the Pilgrims, from a site near the Mayflower Steps in Plymouth, England, to Massachusetts, in 1620. There were 102 passengers and a crew of 25-30.

The boat model features hand sewn main, top, stay and fore sails. All-wood construction features african walnut, sapele, ramin, coral plywood and boxwood. Brass hardware such as rudder hinges, pinracks and much more. Five colors of thread for different line applications. Includes all fittings and lines, all deck strakes, hull, masts, bowsprit, five rolls of cotton thread, British pennant, photo-illustrated instruction sheet and plans.
